Indibet Affiliate Program

As a partner in our program, you'll be tasked with growing the Indibet brand through the following activities:Indibet in the following ways: 

• Running ad campaigns on various websites,
• Sending out promotional emails and messages containing your unique referral links,
• Publishing officially approved Indibet marketing content on your web resources and other platforms.

To ensure brand consistency, only information officially cleared by the Indibet app can be used for promotion. This means any creative assets or advertising materials must be approved in writing by an Indibet representative before they go live.Indibet app may be used to participate in the Indibet promotion. Affiliate program members may only use creative advertising materials that have received written approval from our company representatives. 

You'll use unique affiliate tags to track and credit the new customers you bring to Indibet. Please note that you are solely responsible for how these tags are implemented; it is up to the partner to ensure that all referral links are placed correctly and function as intended.

Indibet rewards partners with commissions based on the gaming turnover of the players they refer. Your specific earnings are calculated according to our official Commission Structure. To qualify for these payouts, you must meet the following criteria:

• Maintain at least 6 active referred users,
• Keep your promotional activities consistent and uninterrupted.

If these requirements aren't met, Indibet may partially or fully withhold your commissions. We may stop monthly payments if we notice the following:

• A total lack of new user acquisition for more than two consecutive months,
• Falling below the minimum threshold of 6 active referrals,
• Any actions—whether intentional or accidental—that negatively impact Indibet's revenue from your referred clients.

As long as you remain an active member of the program, you will earn commissions on all transactions made by your referrals, as calculated per the Affiliate Program Commission Structure.

While Indibet partners act as referral agents tasked with attracting new users, Indibet maintains full ownership of the customer relationship from the moment of first contact. We reserve the right to decline account openings or close existing accounts to ensure compliance with our current or future internal policies.

Once a referred user completes their registration, they are officially an Indibet Client and are subject to all our standard rules, operational procedures, and policies.

By joining the program, you are granted a specific, limited license. This allows you to use Indibet's trademarks and branding in your emails, messages, and on your websites to refer new customers to our services.

This license is valid only for the duration of your partnership. Indibet reserves the right to revoke this license at any time and for any reason. The license automatically expires when the agreement is terminated by either party.

You are fully responsible for all content used to promote Indibet across your channels. Additionally, all costs associated with your marketing efforts are your own. If your promotional activities lead to any legal losses or expenses, you agree to compensate Indibet and protect the company from any resulting claims.member of Indibet is completely responsible for the information that is used in the course of promoting Indibet on your websites, in emails, messages and other materials. The Affiliate also commits to pay all costs in the course of promoting Indibet with any information. In the case of any losses and expenses caused by the promotion of Indibet, the Affiliate Program participant is obliged to compensate the losses and to hold the company without any claims arising from the promotional activities of Indibet. 

All website content remains the exclusive property of Indibet and is not transferred to the partner through this agreement. This partnership does not create a joint venture, franchise, employment contract, or a formal agency relationship. You are an independent contractor and cannot make offers, accept deals, or make official statements on behalf of Indibet without our explicit prior approval.

Your license to promote Indibet activates the moment you start using our links in your marketing. While the license is perpetual by nature, it can be ended immediately if either party provides written notice of their intent to terminate the partnership.

Notice of termination sent via email is considered a valid, written, and immediate notification.

Once the agreement is terminated:

• You must immediately remove all Indibet banners and disable all links leading to our website from your resources,
• Any unpaid commissions may be withheld if you fail to meet your final obligations under this agreement,
• Indibet may hold payment of final commissions for a reasonable time to ensure the final balance is calculated accurately.

All website content remains the exclusive property of Indibet and is not transferred to the partner through this agreement. You are an independent contractor and cannot make offers, accept deals, or make official statements on behalf of Indibet without our explicit prior approval.

Partners agree to indemnify and hold harmless Indibet, its directors, employees, and agents from any damages or injuries caused by the partner's actions. This includes covering all losses, legal claims, judgments, and expenses incurred by Indibet as a result of the partner's use of the promotional license.

Indibet provides no absolute guarantees regarding the Affiliate Program or the certainty of commission payments. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee that our website will always be error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for any technical downtime.

Indibet is not liable for any losses incurred during your promotional activities, even if we were warned they might happen. In any event, our total liability is capped at the amount of commissions already paid or currently owed to you. This agreement does not grant any rights or remedies to third parties.

By joining the Indibet Affiliate Program, you agree to all the terms and conditions outlined here. You acknowledge that Indibet may update these terms at any time and that we reserve the right to attract customers using different terms or to launch competing websites independently.

This agreement is governed by and interpreted according to English law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be settled by a single arbitrator appointed by the Arbitration Centre, with proceedings held in London, England, conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.

By reading and accepting these terms, you acknowledge that you agree to be bound by everything contained within this document.
